Terms of Service

1. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and workspace, including activity by users you invite. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Workspace owners and admins control member roles and permissions. Inviting a user grants them access according to the role assigned; review roles carefully before inviting client users.

2. Connected social accounts

The Service connects to third-party social platforms (such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Yelp) using credentials and permissions you authorize. You represent that you are authorized to connect and act on behalf of each connected profile or page.

Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. We may suspend a connection if a platform requires it or if the connection is used in violation of platform policies.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content; to send spam; to violate the platform policies of connected networks; or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these terms. Where practical we will notify the workspace owner and provide an opportunity to remedy the violation.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, and publish through the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: to store, process, transmit, and display your content on your behalf and at your direction.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content and media you publish, including client-supplied material.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly interval per the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days notice before your next billing cycle.

If an invoice remains unpaid, we may downgrade or suspend the workspace after notice.

6. Term and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; the workspace remains available until the end of the paid period. Upon termination we will make workspace data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor do we guarantee outcomes on third-party social platforms, whose APIs and policies change outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
